  • brisket with carrots and potatoes

    Sides:

  • brussels sprouts roasted in balsamic and truffle oil
  • green beans with almonds
  • sweet potato mash
  • farro with parsnips and cherries

    Dessert:

  • apple pear chardonnay pie
  • cherry pie
  • ginger cookies
